Binary outcome mediation
WebI am trying to put together mediation tables for my study which has a binary outcome variable. Normally, I report the R-squared and F statistics for my mediation model. However, SPSS Process does not report the normal R-squared or F stats when it uses a logistical regression. Instead it reports the 2LL, Model LL, and Nagelkerke R-sqaured. WebMethods from the causal inference literature to conduct mediation in the presence of exposure-mediator interactions, binary outcomes, binary mediators, and case-control study designs are presented. Sensitivity analysis techniques for unmeasured confounding and measurement error are introduced.
