Each tablet for oral administration contains 10 mg, 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, or 200 mg of chlorpromazine hydrochloride, USP. WebAdd 25 to 50 mg of chlorpromazine injection to 500 to 1000 mL of 0.9% Sodium Chloride for injection; administer slowly IV at a rate specified by the prescriber. Do not exceed an IV rate of 1 mg/minute. Discontinue treatment when the infusion is completed. For the treatment of acute intermittent porphyria. Oral dosage Adults and Adolescents
