WebI previously had an HSA through Optum bank and each time I would withdraw money I had to attach a receipt for the associated expense. My new HSA, through Fidelity, does not seem to require or even allow me to do that same thing. It just asks me how much i want to withdraw and which account to send it to. Am I missing something?
