WebThis has a power transformer so that’s good. Some of the Harmony amps didn’t, which is dangerous. You should add a 3 conductor power cord and ground the chassis. So this is a very similar layout with only a couple caps other then the main filter caps and everything looks origional. I'm suspecting the following. The plate voltage for the 12AU6 measures 18 VDC, which seems low. Datasheet suggests 250 or so. The "B" source is 118 VDC. R5 plate resistor is a little out of spec at 450K. C3 is not leaky. I think it's about 3watts. Someone has upgraded it with a Weber 8" ceramic speaker, 3 prong plug and speaker jack so it's safe and good to go.
